Sessions and Fees

Our fees system is based on a daily rate. Our term dates mirror those of our friends at Southfield Primary School and so we are closed for the school holidays. Please get in contact with our team if you would like to find out more about prices or to book a visit.

Our Sessions

Our sessions are flexible and built around what parents have told us they need. We offer wrap around care from 8am until either 5pm or 6pm. Children can join our pre-school at anytime throughout the school year. Our 2 session options are outlined below and can be paid for using our secure online payment system.

Morning Session - 9am - 12pm

Afternoon Session - 12pm - 3pm

Breakfast club and after school can booked for our pre-school children. Please see information about our wrap around care here

Everything! Breakfast for our early starters who attend breakfast club, morning and afternoons snacks for everyone, lunch can be a booked school meal or a packed lunch, a light evening meal for our late finishers who attend after school club, nappies, wipes…everything you would need is included in the cost of each session.

The government has a new Tax Free Childcare scheme and this has replaced the old Salary Sacrifice Childcare Voucher scheme for new parents and carers. Members of the scheme can pay into an online account, which the government will top up by 20% (up to £2000 per year), which they can then use to pay their nursery fees.

An FAQ document has been published by the Government and can be found here

You can register for the Tax Free Childcare Scheme (and 30 hours) on the link below.

There are many different Childcare Voucher companies involved in issuing the salary childcare vouchers.

Childcare vouchers are a popular employee benefit available from most employers to help make your childcare more affordable. All you have to do is join your employer’s childcare voucher scheme and you can exchange up to £243 per month from your salary to use for childcare. Both parents can join their employers childcare voucher scheme to maximise the savings available. So please speak to your employer for more information.
